Part-Time Property Maintenance & Garden Manager
The Cambium is seeking a reliable, hands-on part-time Property Maintenance & Garden Manager to oversee the maintenance and presentation of two unique properties.
This diverse role combines horticulture, general maintenance, contractor coordination, and operational support for business retreat events.
The ideal candidate has strong horticultural knowledge, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude. You’ll ensure both properties remain safe, clean, and beautifully maintained while supporting the smooth running of the Cambium's business operations.
The role will support the existing property management team and has great scope to grow with the business.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in property maintenance and garden/landscape care
- Strong horticultural knowledge and practical skills
- Ability to coordinate contractors and manage general maintenance tasks
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible to support events and business operations
- Reliable, part-time availability with scope to grow in the role
- Current Australian driver’s licence
