Event Manager
The Cambium is a luxury private property retreat and events destination, creating thoughtful experiences for couples, private groups, leaders and organisations.
We’re looking for an experienced part-time Event Manager to join our team and oversee the planning and delivery of weddings, corporate retreats, business events, private experiences and community events.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, thrives on detail and enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate events from enquiry through to delivery
- Manage clients, suppliers, logistics and event requirements
- Lead onsite event operations and guest experiences
- Coordinate Front of House and operational teams
- Prepare event documentation, budgets and run sheets
- Conduct site inspections and venue tours
- Identify opportunities to elevate and develop our events
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in events, hospitality or venue management
- Highly organised with excellent communication and attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-focused and confident managing multiple priorities
- Passionate about exceptional hospitality
- Hands-on, collaborative and excited to help shape a growing business
- Current driver’s licence | RSA preferred
