Kickstart the new season with a 5-week Spring Boxfit programme designed to build strength, boost stamina, and inspire healthy living. Led by experienced boxer and personal trainer Roy Bren, these high-energy sessions combine boxing combos, strength, and cardio to suit all levels of fitness.

Dates: Mondays – Oct 6, 13, 20, 27 & Nov 10 (no class on Cup Day)
Programme class: Commences Monday 9:15am (1 hour)
Location: The Cambium, 183 Arthurs Seat Road, Red Hill VIC 3937
Cost: $225 inc GST per person, for the full 5-week programme
