The Cambium, in collaboration with Teresa Oates & Carolina D'Angelo, hosted 'The Biscotti & Limoncello Social'! An unforgettable journey into the heart of Italian culinary traditions.

After a morning stroll through the Hill & Ridge Community Market, our guests returned to The Cambium. Aprons on and ovens warm, guests immersed themselves in the charm of Italy, guided by Italian chefs Teresa & Carolina. Our guests shaped, baked and sampled many traditional styles of biscotti, followed by enjoying fresh glasses of homemade Limoncello by the fire. Every moment was steeped in flavour, sunshine and the joy of learning traditional Italian techniques.

A heartfelt thank you to Teresa & Carolina for bringing these beautiful traditions to life, and to all who joined us in the laughter and sweet simplicity of the day.
