Recently, our team had the privilege of working with Melo Calarco, a certified mindfulness and performance coach whose mission is to help individuals and organisations achieve their full potential without burning out.



During our session, Melo shared practical tools from his extensive knowledge and learnings in neuroscience, mindfulness, and human behaviour. His expertise and approach encouraged every team member to reflect, refocus, and embrace practices that foster clarity and resilience.
