With over 20 years of expertise, Teresa & Carolina specialise in handmade pastas, local seafood, fresh seasonal vegetables, and rustic game dishes. Known for their dedication to the Slow Food Movement, Teresa and Carolina emphasise sustainable, locally sourced ingredients. Teresa, the author of two cookbooks… Mangia! Mangia! and Mangia! Mangia! Gatherings and Carolina, trained in farm-to-plate philosophies, create interactive private fine dining & cooking masterclasses where your team can bond over food preparation and enjoy the rewards together.
