Start your day at the Hill & Ridge Community Market, immersing yourself in the wholesome community atmosphere and exploring local goodies for sale. Enjoy reserved check-in parking at The Cambium from 11am, just across from the market. From 12:30pm, wander back over to The Cambium and step into an authentic Italian culinary haven, where Italian chefs, Teresa and Carolina, will guide you through a two-hour traditional Biscotti baking session, making 3 types of biscotti, followed by the art of Limoncello crafting. All the flavours of Italy in one delicious experience, while sipping on a refreshing glass of homemade Limoncello. Learn and take home cherished recipes, discover the secrets of perfecting these timeless treats, and savour a truly elegant, hands-on culinary experience inspired by Italy’s rich heritage. For those seeking a full retreat, exclusive accommodation is available at The Cambium, a private property reserved solely for guests of this experience.
